Your presence isn’t required, but please ensure the delivery area is accessible and free of any obstacles. Additionally, please make sure that the skip bin or skip bag are not overfilled.

How high can I fill the skip bin?
Skip bins should not be any higher than level with the top edge. This is a NZTA requirement for transporting the bins safely.
What area do you service?
We proudly provide our services throughout Waikato Wide. The pricing may vary depending on the specific location, and the applicable charges will be displayed during the ordering process.
How long can I keep the bin?
Our standard hire term is 6 nights. Extra time can be purchased at $10 per day. If you need the bin longer than expected, please advise us as early as possible by calling us on 0800 50 10 20. We will do our best to work with you.
What is Weight and Load?
Our general waste bins have weight limits as follows: 3m3 – 500kg, 6m3 – 1000kg, and 9m3 – 1500kg. Hardfill products like bricks and soil can weigh more than 1000kg per cubic meter which can easily cause the bin to go overweight. Bins weighing over specified limits are charged at 20 cents per kilogram ($200 / tonne) Commercial clients could ask for a different weight allowance by contacting us directly – at [email protected]

Yes, you definitely can!
Is delivery and pickup included in the price?
We add delivery charges to towns outside of Hamilton. You can check our prices on the bookings page. Extra charges can apply if hire term is extended, the bin is overweight or extra items like car tyres are required to be picked up also.
When and how do I pay for the bin?
All bins must be paid for on or before delivery. You can book online via credit card, via bank transfer or cash on delivery.
What do I do with hazardous materials?
You cannot put any hazardous waste into the skip bins. To dispose of these you need to contact your local council. Hazardous chemicals include Asbestos, Solvents, Paints, Acids, Laboratory Waste, Oils, Grease traps etc. If you’re unsure about the waste you have call us free on 0800 50 10 20.

A cubic meter is a standard unit of measurement. One cubic meter is the amount that would be held in a cube that is one meter wide by one meter high by one meter deep.
